How do register / create an account?
Creating an account with us makes it easy for you to update your account anytime. It also saves you time and money. To create an account, do the following:
- Click My Account in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Type your email in the Email field.
- Complete the remaining fields as required. Fields marked with an asterisk *** are required.
- Ensure the information you entered is correct, and click the Sign Up button
How do I place an order?
You can place your order
- Browse our designs or Upload your design or let's customize for you
- After you have carefully proof and preview your design,
- You click next to payment / billing page. You make your payment and enter your delivery address
- You will receive a confirmation email that tells you your order is successful
Can I track my order?
Yes. Most orders from Instant Print can be tracked.
We understand how important it is to know the status and whereabouts of your order, so we've put a tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account:
- Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- Click on View Order History in the "Account Tools" section
- Click on the order number and a detailed order status will be displayed
Where is my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page.
Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.) and then Click on View Order History.
All of your orders to date will be displayed. The Status column will indicate if your order has been processed shipped or is still on pending. If something doesn't seem right, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
Can I amend/change/cancel my order?
Yes, orders can only be amended or changed or cancelled by contacting us with detailed information about the order within 5 hours for amend/change and 3 hours for cancellation from the time you place the order or before the amount get into our account. In the case of any cancellation, a minimum amount of Naira 500 will be charged for each cancellation.
How do I make a payment?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Master Card
- Visa Card
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Cheque (pls note that your order will only be processed after the cheque has been cleared)
Do I get receipt for my Payment?
Yes. Upon successful payment a copy of your payment receipt will be sent to the email you provided. You can also view a copy of the receipt via My Account >> my order.
Are my Card details safe?
We and our payment gateway partners use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. So your card details are safe.
Why has my card declined?
Your card may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient fund, expiration of the card etc. However if happens check with your Card service provider.
What happens if my order is unsuccessful and money have been deducted from my card?
Send us the reference you received upon payment from your card provider here and we will do our best to check what happens and to rectify. Also you will need to check with your card provider as it may be as a result of a broken link
How much does delivery cost?
Instant Print can offer free delivery if you have placed an order above #20,000 or more in Lagos and order above #30, 000 or more in some major cities in Nigeria (Pls check the tier location for details). Otherwise a delivery charge of #1490 will be applied or you can decide to come for the pickup at our pick up points.
After placing my order, when will I get my product?
We start working on your order immediately once we receive the confirmation of your payment. Your product will be delivered to you between 2 -6 business days depending on your location and the volume of your order
How do you deliver my products?
We use reputable courier services to deliver our products in all states in Nigeria. We also have pick up points in Lagos and Ibadan, and Abuja. For more information about our pick up points, contact our customer service on 0903 900 0082
How do I track my order delivery?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that your product have been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number to track your products via our courier partner website.
I haven’t received my order yet, what can I do?
If you haven’t received your product within the estimated delivery date, contact our customer service on 0903 900 0082 immediately.
Can I receive my order at any address?
We will only deliver your product to your preferred/chosen address as entered by you in the ‘delivery address box’on the website when you place your order
Do you offer Express Delivery?
We offer express delivery. The estimated delivery day is 2-4 business working day but it will attract additional delivery cost. For more information, contact our customer service on 0903 900 0082 immediately
We always ensure that your InstantPrint experience is great. We will always make sure you are satisfied with your products and our services. To avoid any disappointment;
- Ensure you proof your designs before placing your order
- Check out for Spelling mistakes or any other error and make sure you correct them
- Upon delivery, check your product very well
If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery date and we'll do everything we can to ensure that you're happy with your experience. If the product is damaged when you receive it, please notify the delivery agent immediately and also contact our customer service line with details of the damage.
Note: We do not accept returns due to the fact that some printing jobs are not possible to reverse after production.
